Top five

Most of the photos are of me hiking in the mountains. These are from multiple trails and mountains throughout Davis county. These photos were very fuun to take not only because I got to take pictures but also because the view after getting to the certain place.

Black and white portrait

For the non portrait one, I went out hiking hoping to find some cool stuff and in the middle of the trail I found this metal box. I’m not sure what is was for but its was definitely old. It was rusted all the way from top to bottom. The only thing that wasn’t rusted was the lock. It still looked really old so I took a picture of it and then made the photo black and white to really give that picture a old timer look to it

For the portrait black and white photo I asked him to pose look a certain way to create a nice photo. Although the lighting is maybe a little too bright in the picture I still think it turned out pretty good overall. The pose really does add a little extra effect to the picture.

Macro

I took two types of photos one with water drops and one with out. They must be taken in different ways because of the manual focus. When taking the water drop you have to make sure the water droplets are crystal clear and focused on. The pictures with the plants without water are easier to take in my opinion.

Levitation

This assignment was really simple i just had to take a picture twice using a tripod. One with my brother and the chair and one without anything. Then put both pictures together and used the layer mask to remove the back ground of the picture with my brother, as best as possible.

walk cycle

To start we took a video of us walking in a straight line. Then exported the video to adobe animate. Used the video to either trace over it or use as reference. We can make as many frames as we want, but the more frames you have the smoother your walk cycle will be I ended up using about 10 frames for my walk.
